Interview
The process was very fast.
Applied online, was invited shortly after for a Video Interview and less than a week later I received an invitation for a Face to Face.
I interview in Punta Gorda, FL.
The first 30 minutes they explain the company model, talk about their airplanes, training, payment and other things.
Right after they introduce the flight attendant team and they talk about their experience and how fun the base they work is.
I will not be hypocrite ad say everybody look nice and friendly because they don't.
Some of them very nice and talkative and other just with a serious face the whole time.
Not even a smile.
It was a team of 5 flight attendants, one of them just observe you during the process and the other 4 make the questions and take notes about what are you saying.
They separate the group in 2 and the interview start.
First thing they ask your name, what base you would like to be located and a vacation place that you like. After this, you need to say the PA that you memorized prior to the interview.
The next step is that you grab a card from the floor and need to say how you relate with that Core Value in your life.
After you grab another card and need to answer as a team how you wold handle that situation.
And the last, they ask you a STAR question.
The whole time, the 2 flight attendants in my group did not make eye contact with you while you answer the question, the whole time with the head down taking notes.
It's kinda intimidating when you need to be polite and smile for someone who is not looking at you.
after that they ask you to leave the room and wait until they made the cut.
The final part is a personal interview with each candidate and you need to answer some questions.

Tell about a time you made a mistake and how you handled it?
My interview experience with Allegiant was notably casual and laid-back. Unlike traditional, conservative airlines, Allegiant maintains a relaxed and adaptable environment. I observed that several candidates had previously been unsuccessful in their applications to major airlines. Regrettably, some attendees were unprepared, poorly dressed, and displayed inadequate grooming; some also used coarse language. This was disheartening, and I was eager to depart. If you are looking for a conventional, sophisticated flight attendant role, Allegiant may not be the ideal choice.

Interview consisted of a group information session about the job, pay, ect. After that we were spilt into smaller groups and we answered a question, recited the announcement they gave up to memorize prior to the interview, and then we completed a group activity. After that those who got to the 1-on-1 interview stage sat in the jumpseat to make sure we could buckle in, and then interviewed with one of the recruiters.
