Interview
Completed online application and within 24 hours was contacted with request for video interview. Following the video interview, received invitation to group interview with possibility of one on one interview immediately following.
The interview process was awesome, Alex and his team shared information about Allegiant and their personal experiences with the airline, which was very informative, definitely makes you feel excited about Allegiant! The informational session was followed by group interview, when you are asked to share your name, favorite vacation destination and recite the boarding announcement. During the group interview, you are paired with another interviewee and assigned a "situation", disciss together amd present your ideas on how to respond to this situation to the rest of the group. Next you have a card under your chair that has one of Allegiants values and you are asked to discuss how this value fits in your life personally and/or professionally. Following group interview everyone is asked to leave the room and those who are chosen are asked to stay for one on one interview. Talk about a time yuou had a conflict with a coworker and how did you respond and what was outcome?
My interview experience with Allegiant was notably casual and laid-back. Unlike traditional, conservative airlines, Allegiant maintains a relaxed and adaptable environment. I observed that several candidates had previously been unsuccessful in their applications to major airlines. Regrettably, some attendees were unprepared, poorly dressed, and displayed inadequate grooming; some also used coarse language. This was disheartening, and I was eager to depart. If you are looking for a conventional, sophisticated flight attendant role, Allegiant may not be the ideal choice.

Interview consisted of a group information session about the job, pay, ect. After that we were spilt into smaller groups and we answered a question, recited the announcement they gave up to memorize prior to the interview, and then we completed a group activity. After that those who got to the 1-on-1 interview stage sat in the jumpseat to make sure we could buckle in, and then interviewed with one of the recruiters.
