It was a one day event and you had to rsvp on the evite sent after applying. Checked in, got an info session about Allegiant and the position, then did a group interview where they asked everyone to introduce themselves, answer one question (Tell about a time where you had to be flexible.), and then read a statement from a book (in your best flight attendant voice). There was an hour or so break for lunch and then you came back to view a list and see if you were selected for individual interviews. If selected, you go back in to wait and be interviewed by 3 different people and also got fingerprinted for the background check (which wouldn't be run unless you were hired later). After that, they said to wait 1.5 weeks to hear back to find out if you were hired and would be invited start the 5 week training in Vegas at the end of the month. A skills survey is also supposed to be sent out via email.
