Interview
Two on campus interviews were followed by a online quiz/questionnaire. Then I was flown to Las Vegas for a hiring event with about 15 other candidates. The entire process was very unorganized. Communication from allegiant would contradict previous messages. Rooms weren't set up. Computers didn't work. For such a large even I figured they would have prepared, but it felt like they just threw it together that day.
