I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Allegiant Air (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Nov 2014
Interview
I randomly received an email because I had my resume online and they told me about a hiring session in St Pete. I had to be in around 8 or 9 I believe. I get there and there are about 100-150 people in a room and we sat through a presentation about allegiant, the core values, etc. After that, we had a group interview (there were about 10-15 candidates in each room for these group interviews) and we were all asked questions by two different people. This was an unusual process, but it was pretty cool. It allowed us the opportunity to make a discussion out of it.
After that, select people were chosen to stay after the interview to do a one on one interview with some corporate and local team members. After that it took about 1-2 weeks to hear anything. Then I was asked to go in for a finger printing and drug test. That part was easy. Except I had to do my fingerprinting about 5 times before it finally processed.
I was interviewed in November and was told that I would start around 1st of December. However, my first day was not until December 26th (which was nice since I had Christmas off...) All in all, don't expect them to rush. They seemed to take their sweet time with the whole thing. Very poorly run.

Question 1
Which of our 8 core values do you think is the most important and why?
Long, extensive, fun and approachable compared to other stuck up interviews.it was alright not difficult at all, they hired people and when I say people I mean people who came in there with tank tops, sandals, short skirts on and out. the job itself is just as easy as the actual session - interview.basically almost anyone would be able to secure a position with or without any kind of experience for this role
