I applied on July 21. I immediately got an invite for a video interview and July 22 I got the invite for the f2f on july 31. I attended the session which consisted of a presentation about the company. Afterwards we were divided into groups and did an activity were u told them your name and what bases you would like in order. Then you would get a question that you and the person next to you would answer. After that you had a card with a question that was answered individually. Once all the groups were done. You would wait outside. Then they would call some people first. The people who were left outside were called in to the room and were told that they were selected for the One on One. During that time they would give you paperwork for drug test and fingerprints. You also fill out the paperwork authorizing the background check. Everyone was then taken out of the room and were called one by one for the interview process. The interview it self was very laid back and they made you feel comfortable.
