I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Allegiant Air
Interview
Initial phone screening where they ask you some pretty basic questions and a couple questions about Allegiant's business model. Then there was a video interview where you are asked about your experience with financial modeling, some more questions specific to Allegiant’s business model, and finally one analytical problem and you are expected to come up with an estimate that is fairly close to the actual number. After that I was sent an excel test that was very challenging. It tests both excel skills (pivot tables, index, v lookup, formulas, conditionals, etc.) and your knowledge of financial modeling where you are expected to know how to solve for things like variance, marginal profit, tax rate, (sounds easier than what it was) and more. If you’re going in without having much knowledge on this sort of work already, you will probably find it pretty difficult to complete the assessment within the 1hr 15 mins as I did with intuition alone.

Question 1
How many flights left Harry Reid yesterday? Advantages and disadvantages to using used planes? Are you familiar with the concept of variance?
They first asked for a phone screen interview. After passing that, you do a Teams interview with some team members. Unfortunately, I do not know the rest of the process.
Standard interview process with an initial phone screening and two virtual interviews. The final interview will be a panel-style, two-hour long interview. Interview questions were relatively straightforward, with occasional questions assessing technical/analytical skills.
The interview process was quite difficult for what the role was. Questions were quite technical as well. Interview process consisted of 5+ interviews. It was quite disjointed as well. Not the greatest experience
