I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Allegiant Air
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. Phone screening: pretty easy. Straightforward Second interview: panel interview with 2 other financial analysts. Behavioral question and one technical question. Quite pleasant. Final interview: 30 minutes of presentation with the presentation that they provided to you (3 people will judge and ask question as you present) and 3 rounds of 30-minute panel interviews with 2 people. The whole progress was great until the final interview. The presentation deck has some interesting details that the interviewers didn't even know the answer to. It was a long interview progress. Some interviewers are great, but a few aren't (one of them was chewing gums while asking a question (how distracted it was?).

Walk us through your thought progress of adding wine to the McDonald's menu (if you were the owner of one store).
They first asked for a phone screen interview. After passing that, you do a Teams interview with some team members. Unfortunately, I do not know the rest of the process.
Standard interview process with an initial phone screening and two virtual interviews. The final interview will be a panel-style, two-hour long interview. Interview questions were relatively straightforward, with occasional questions assessing technical/analytical skills.
The interview process was quite difficult for what the role was. Questions were quite technical as well. Interview process consisted of 5+ interviews. It was quite disjointed as well. Not the greatest experience
