I interviewed for Allegiant Travel in Cincinnati, OH. I can't stress enough for people to make sure they are NOT late. Please arrive early and please dress the part. Ladies, please wear your hair up and wear a suit. Do your homework when it comes to what to bring. Wear a suit and a smile. Wear a watch if you have one. Please bring 2 photo ID's and your resume for the face to face. Be prepared to state your name, number(its on your name tag they give you), your base preference and immediately you quote the PA announcement that is on the sheet they sent you. Word for word and that's all I'm gonna say. You have to stand up and do this so try not to be too nervous. After that, the next part entails a card on the floor which you and your partner discuss a scenario and how you both would handle that situation. Second part is you will pick a different card which is Allegiant's 8 mission and value statements. You don't need to memorize these, just make sure you can state what it means to you personally either in your work life ,personal life, etc. Group intermission. Then, they call out just a few names, these people are sent home. If you pass this part, you get to do the one on one interviews which is about 4 questions I think along with paperwork, etc. They give you a fingerprint card for FBI and also a drug test form to take to a Labcorp place. Make sure you answer the questions in the STAR format. If you don't know what this, I would Google it. Overall, a great experience, just wish they could tell you for sure, that day, that you are hired. There is a group of us that were all told that we would find out next week yes or no after the Labor Day Holiday so I will keep my fingers crossed. Be smiley and positive and speak loudly so they feel like you are confident and not shy. Everyone is extremely nice at this company. Good Luck to All!
