I’m not the type of person to throw around a word like sexist, but my two male interviewers were quite rude and sexist. They were clearly messaging about me during the interview and laughing at my answers, perhaps for being more eloquent than what they are used to. I was also told I would be given an answer within a week, but neither the recruiter nor the interviewers contacted me. I got a generic rejection email over two months later. Other departments might be better, but I caution against joining a more operational role as a woman.
