First of all, you start by submitting an application through the company website. If your application fits their criteria, they will ask you to submit a video interview through which you answer a few questions from a pre-recorded host(s). After your video is submitted, and also meets their criteria, you will be asked to join an in-person interview.
The in-person interview starts out with a very informative introduction of the company and the job, with everyone in the same room together. Following the introduction, you will move on to a group interview session, of about 10 people to a group, where you first read a memorized PA announcement. After that, you then partner up with someone and find a solution to a typical situation you might encounter as a flight attendant. Once you have accomplished your partner scenario, you read a core value of the company and give a personal example/experience to the group which embodies that particular value. Concluding the group interview, you will wait in the hall for the corporate team to make a selection of certain individuals who will move on to a one-on-one interview where you are asked for more of your experience pertaining to certain situations and/or values of interest.
As the screening process continues, and a few days have passed, you will be asked to provide 5 references. To do this, you are provided a link to an “online reference” website where you enter your reference’s information which includes, but not limited to: name, telephone, email, relationship and time frame you knew/worked with them.
