The interview process was very quick for me. Took only a few days. I applied, then a day later I received an email with the video interview invitation. I completed the video interview the following day, which happened to be a Friday. Then on Monday, I was invited to the F2F interview! I scheduled mine for the next day! They send you PA announcement that much be memorized, and recited aloud during the group interview session. Once you arrive, they give a very detailed overview of the company. It really gives you a thorough heads up of what to expect. After that, they split you up into two groups. The group interview consists of the PA announcement, telling the group how one of their core values relates to you, and also you're given a conflict in the workplace and you and a partner must give answers on how you would handle the situation. After that the recruiters deliberate and only certain people are invited to stay for the one on one interviews. The one on one interviews are much more calming! The recruiters are great! Very friendly, and make you feel welcoming and are really excited to add people to their team! They ask a series of 5 questions related to work experience, and then that's it! We were told that if we are selected, they will send us an email survey that we'd need to send to 5 professional references. Depending on what they say about us, and our overall score from our interviews will determine if we are offered a position and invited to training!! I'm now waiting, but I am truly grateful for the opportunity and experience and Allegiant really seems like an amazing company to work for!! Good luck to all!
