I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AllianceBernstein in Nov 2016
Interview
I was contacted by phone by a campus recruiter to schedule a phone screening. After the phone screening I was informed that I would have a series of interviews (3 to be exact) with 4 different current Vice Presidents. The next round was another video interview with a Senior VP. If you're successful with that interview, they schedule an on-site in person interview with a couple of different VP's. It's a lengthy process.
