Allianz Business Analyst interview questions

Had two rounds both were technical (April 2024). My final round went good but did not get selected. I guess the BU head was not happy about my NP 90 days. I followed up with HR - Rajeev Krishnan but he ghosted me. Getting rejected is fine but I dont understand why these HR ppl suddenly ghost candidates, all that I wanted to know about my interview result. I even followed up that HR with HR head but no response.
