Initial interview after first application took 1 month, and after the interview, took another month for review. While the interview was simple and straightforward, the interviewers seemed to already have a prejudice and some questions felt more like they were trying to get confirmations of a prior assumption that they had rather than a discussion about my experience. It might help future candidates if interviews focused more on actual responsibilities rather than assumptions based on age group or job title. If there were already concerns about fit based on those assumptions, it would have been helpful to address them earlier in the process, as inviting candidates to interview when the outcome may already be decided wastes both the company’s time and the candidate’s time.

The process of applying for the job is pretty annoying. Did not even consider me for an interview, so much for being inclusive. Your so called diversity and inclusion is just window dressing to make yourselves feel good. I definitely will never see this company as an attractive employer.
