Interview process involved phone screen with recruiter, phone screen with hiring manager, intelligence screening test, personality test, skills test, in-person observed skills test, and in-person/video conference interview with testing team. After interview process the hiring manager indicated that the recruiter would follow up, but no further communication was received. The HR system would periodically send out additional jobs to apply for, and upon finding a seeming fit in one of those lists I re-applied. Again recruiter screened (with a different recruiter), again phone screened with the hiring manager, but again never heard any feedback.
