Interview
The interview process was extremely smooth, kudos to Bipasha and Almabase. After the aptitude test I got selected for the first interview round which was taken by the reporting manager himself. This round was technical and post that there was a culture round where the panelists try to figure out if the candidate is the right fit for the company's culture and believe me, the company's culture is something. The questions weren't too heavy and I was even given an option of not choosing to answer a specific question if I feel like it.

In the culture round I was asked many questions such as :
1. One time when I was given a negative feedback and how did I take it.
2. Was there a time when I proposed a change in my previous internship and were the team members onboard.
