I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Almabase (Bengaluru) in Jan 2020
Interview
The most unprofessional interview process I've ever come across. Seriously, an organization should value the candidate's time.
First, I got shortlisted through resume and they sent me an assignment to complete. I sent the completed assignment well before the deadline. I've waited for a week-long and then sent an mail asking them for the feedback and update. NO RESPONSE. Then I contacted them through LinkedIn. NO RESPONSE. Then again sent an mail. NO RESPONSE. Now it's been almost a month and I've lost interest in the organization.
I seriously believe that EMPLOYEE IS THE KING and if this is how they treat a candidate/potential employee, that pretty much gives me the picture of how the work is going to be there at almabase.
P.S I have attended so many interviews. They at-least revert once I send a follow-up mail. This is the first time I never got any response. Thank you! A huge boo for the HR team - Utkarsh and Krishna.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on our Glassdoor Profile! We sincerely apologize that your experience with us was negative. There was a change in the decision about the position which eventually was put on hold. There seemed to have been a certain miscommunication in this case. We had pro-actively reached out to the candidates in the pipeline about the position being on hold. Having said that we agree that we should do a better job of communicating & responding. We surely have made a note of this and will improve candidate experience going forward.
