From your review, we understand that the below two are concerns, and we have added our thought process to it: 1) Assignment that comes with 4-5 days deadline - We are surprised to hear that the deadline was 4-5 days because the deadline is typically 2 days for the CS role, with the liberty for candidates to ask for an extension. We would also like to add that the task can be completed in fewer hours, yet the deadline of 2 days is given keeping in mind candidates have other priorities. We have received multiple tasks within 2 days and we have closed the role as well. 2) Lack of professionalism & etiquette in the interview - We are shocked to know that you felt there was a lack of professionalism and etiquette in the interview process. One of our key priorities while interviewing is to be professional and maintain etiquette. We would like to understand what made you feel this way about our interviewers. While we have shared our opinion for the concerns you shared, we are shocked to see you use the term “fraud” - we do not see what may have given you a false impression. You may reach out to our team to share more concerns if you have any. All that said, we understand how you felt and find it valid for how you felt about the experience we gave - hope you know it wasn’t our intent.
