I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aloha in May 2025
Interview
The most unprofessional interview I've ever had in my life. Incredibly bizarre and incredibly toxic.
The interview ended the call after 5 minutes because they felt I did not have a sufficient understanding of the product. Ended with "I'm going to give you back 30 minutes and once you learn more about the company you can reschedule and interview again".
I've interviewed with 20+ companies. Not once has a company expected I understand their product at the beginning of the first interview, let alone something so niche as this.
I don't know if I'm in a bubble or if this was a fresh out of college MBA who has a distorted take on how to hire employees. Why would anyone work for a company like this.
