I've been here for over 3 years, and the career growth I've experienced has been genuinely exceptional.
What sets this company apart is the people — my coworkers, mentors, and managers have consistently encouraged, challenged, and supported me in ways I didn't expect. This isn't a place where you can drift or stay stagnant, and that's the main benefit - you will not, not gain valuable, lifelong, professional skills here. If you genuinely care about growing your skills and are willing to take action on that, this company will meet you there. A lot of companies claim to invest in their employees' growth but offer limited ways to actually do it — here, for the people who want it and make moves toward it, the support is real.
Beyond the career side, I've met some of my closest friends here, I genuinely look forward to coming to work each day, and I can see the real-world impact the product has on people's lives. Three years in and I still feel that way — that says a lot.
