Alorica Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Walked in and got hired on the spot they gave me a mouth swab drug test (smoked a blunt in morning ) and passed and boom got job lol they asked me personal questions

applied online got called in to interview met with a recruiter who asked my a series of questions including what I could add to the company, why i would like to work for the company, my previous work experience, where do i see my self in five years, what could i add to the company, what are my future plans, give an example of a time where i provided what i think was excellent customer service.
