Alorica Human Resources interview questions

It was good; they explained the benefits clearly and asked about my Human Resources internship experiences. I was also told if I was willing to commute from Cavite to Makati and I accepted it.

I applied for an HR Generalist position online after finding out the position was available on Facebook. Alorica will create these fake positions, in order for them to gain applicants for their low paying CSR positions. When I showed up, the lady at the front desk, pretended that she did not know who I was and what interview was placed. She stated that I need to wait until Corporate calls me. Interviewing and Applying for Alorica was a waste of time.
