You can read, your breathing, you appear to be a legal citizen. You can maybe type ten words a minute. How soon can you start? You do not have to speak proper English. As long as you pass a drug test once, you will be OK. No need to pass one after you are hired. They hire anyone. If you can not get hired here, you need to make some serious life changes.
It’s good. Probably depends, because back in my time it was just okay, you know, go with the flow, normal conversations. All in all, it was fine – I could keep up even though I'm not that good at English.
questions are straightforward and designed to be manageable. They're considerate of your understanding and aim to assess fundamental knowledge especially if you are a tenure customer support agents from other BPO companies
Great attitude and professional interview. Questions were tailored to find the best suitable campaign based on my skills and personality. Interview led to an offering of a job where all benefits, salary info and job responsibilities were thoroughly described.
