Alorica's hiring process is extremely easy to get through. Simply walk in, fill out the application, ask the front desk for the assessments and wait for an interview. Be sure you do not wait longer than 10 minutes after they ask you to sit, or else they will forget about you and ask you what you are waiting for after a couple of hours

Interview
After submitting my application, a recruiter called me the same day to schedule and face to face interview. I went to Alorica two days after. All staff was very friendly. I had two interviews, one with HR (it took 21 minutes) he asked me about my previous job, background, etc... and the second with the Operations manager (30 minutes) STAR questions and mock calls, a typing test (minimum 30 WPM) and Spanish test (Read and answer questions in Spanish). I received an offer the same day.
