This was Very quick, not really an interview just a computer exam about basic customer service, typing skills, listening skills, and mock phone calls.
They test you to see if you can listen to a customer complain while typing their order number or billing info.

Interview
You come in and do an assessment and apply on the computer and you get your first interview and if the interviewer likes you or you do good in the first interview you will get the second one the same day
