I applied online, got a call 5 minutes later she told me to come in tomorrow morning at 9:30 sent me an email to take a test that I was able to take at home before I came in so that it'll be quicker. I was the first one there so I got out of there I just sat down waited for a good minute, my interviewer was Nancy she called me to the back answered a few questions there and then told me to wait again out in the lobby for my second interview took a good minute for someone else to come and interview me the second time but that person told me that I was hired had to wait in the lobby again to finish the paper work. In the end i was finish and left at 11:30am.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
