Interview process only 3 rounds Hr, test and last operation round Operation round questions were easy but however if we give accurate answer with good communication also operation manager will not select. This is problem in selection at Alorica Bangalore .

Very high level but very professional interview rounds. They mainly focus on communication skills and how well we tackle situations when customer is irated. Overall difficulty level was high. There were 4 rounds of interview i went through and I'm glad I am selected.

My experience was a facetime, where they ask very personal questions, too many silly questions that don’t even have nothing to do with the job. They make it very uncomfortable, even virtually.
