The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AlphaSights
Interview
While the interview process was straightforward it ultimately proved to be extremely redundant and a waste of time. I had three interviews and made it to the final round and at each stage I was asked to provide my educational and holistic background before moving on towards technical questions actually related to the position. While I did appreciate the chance to talk about my time in undergrad, I failed to see the need of having to explain why I chose my particular college three separate times to different individuals. Furthermore, even when I asked questions in regards to the role, there was little explanation of both the in-depths of the day to day responsibilities as well a path towards promotion within the company. Overall I was disappointed in the interview process as the recruiter and hiring manager I interacted with did not appear to be invested in the role in which they were hiring for themselves.
Wasn't too bad, was lengthy almost 5 rounds. They were quick in getting back to me and also with overall feedback at the end. Shared resources where appropriate so was helpful.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AlphaSights (London, England)
Interview
I had a 30 minute very informative call with the recruiter at Alpha Sights followed by a very quickly scheduled interview. I received descriptive preparation materials about how company’s “main force” operates so I was ready for the interview. Unfortunately, did not pass, but the process was good.
2nd round consisted of role play and situational questions. the situational was easy but the roleplay gave you no time to prepare. the interviewers seemed miserable every step of the process.
