I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights
Interview
This was for their New Grad Campus/Lateral Recruiting Coordinator program.
Very standard process which included:
1. Call with a manager
2. Call with team member
3. Call with senior leader and coffee chat with someone in the same office (NY/LA)
All of the questions and interviews were very structured. Each person gave a detailed overview. The recruiting coordinator helped immrnsely with preparing me for each round.
Overall, easy interview process due to the structure, but ultimately declined the offer due to location + total comp. The pay wasn't that bad for a coordinator role, but benefits were bare minimum and location definitely steered me away. Enticing promotion structure which is talked about, but I found something else that fit more with what I was searching for.

Question 1
Tell me about your extracurriculars/leadership experiences.
Why did you choose your school/major?
Pretend you are a recruiter. Tell me what AlphaSights does and the BREAD process.
Wasn't too bad, was lengthy almost 5 rounds. They were quick in getting back to me and also with overall feedback at the end. Shared resources where appropriate so was helpful.

Your understanding of what AlphaSights does as a business
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AlphaSights (London, England)
Interview
I had a 30 minute very informative call with the recruiter at Alpha Sights followed by a very quickly scheduled interview. I received descriptive preparation materials about how company’s “main force” operates so I was ready for the interview. Unfortunately, did not pass, but the process was good.
2nd round consisted of role play and situational questions. the situational was easy but the roleplay gave you no time to prepare. the interviewers seemed miserable every step of the process.
