I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Mar 2023
Interview
Process was very straightforward interactive. First they sent a candidate assessment of 3 written response questions. After that I received a link to set up a phone screening. From there I did the case study interview, putting you in the role of an associate. Finally they put me through to a final round behavioral. Make sure you are prepared for this one as they may ask some questions you aren’t quite expecting them too. Overall positive experience, however some of the recruiters did not seem very engaged in the process.
