Initial phone interview with an HR representative. Asked to walk through your CV, why AlphaSights and a few competency based questions as well. It went alright and would recommend applying.

Walk me through your CV. How did you manage multiple priorities
Three rounds - first round general competency, second round case study and phone call role play, third round an hour long competency and experience interview with a VP. Third round was a longer and more difficult version of first round. Second round involved one case study with access before, and the second case study was done on the spot.
