AltaMed Analyst Managed Care Data interview questions

The recruiter from Commerce office reached out via email asking for a phone interview. I give her the dates. On the day of the Phone Interview, I waste about 2 hours of my day waiting for her call. I decided to call her back, She tells me she made a mistake and saved my Interview for the next day. She calls me the Next day and the interview was basic phone screen questions. I ask her about certain employment forms, She told me she would get back to me in a week. I followed up with 2 emails and she has not responded yet. Worst Interview experience ever. Don't know how they do business here.
