Interview
I was approached by an Altria representative during my junior year of college. First there was a phone interview where i was asked basic question about myself and certain things on my resume. Then i was asked to do an inperson interview with one person and it basically was the same as the phone interview. I was called back for a third interview which was a panel interview and had 3 people asking me leadership questions.

Interview
Started with a brief phone screening then Interviewed on campus at college with a Market Manager. Consisted of behavioral questions. Second interview was a panel (2-3 interviewers) with a role play of a sales scenario. Was given approx. 10 minutes to prep individually for role play based on scenario provided. Got a call the same day with a verbal offer. Interview also addresses the candidate’s comfort with the industry as an elephant in the room.

I had 3 rounds: phone interview, panel interview with a case, and a day in the field. Easy case, they are just looking to see your thought process and don't care about the math portion. They are looking for people with ambition and not necessarily people interested in tobacco or CPG products
