The interview was conducted by my hiring manager and senior director. No technical questions were asked as the interview mostly focused on explaining the job responsibilities. They were more interested if I was willing to learn on the fly.

The role was misrepresented at the interview. Once the job began the large part of responsibilities was completely different I am afraid. BEWARE! Prepare a few good questions to ask management and watch the response. Think twice after the meeting..

Fairly laid back. More behavioral than anything for the first interview. More technical for the second interview. They asked questions about past experience and your opinions on certain aspects of the real estate market. Seemed like they were really just trying to see if you were smart and were a good fit for the team.
