I applied online. I interviewed at Alvarez & Marsal (New York, NY) in Oct 2025
Interview
The process began with a 15 minute HR phone screen, followed by an hour long technical interview with 3 members from the valuation team. Final round would have been an in-person case study in NYC. Declined final round.
The first round was with the hiring manager, who was very friendly. She talked a little about the job and asked a few behavioral questions. The Second Round consisted of three 30-minute calls with senior associates in New York and Chicago. Everyone was super nice and asked more technical than behavioral questions.
