Interviewed for Analyst position across 2 months. Started with initial HR screening. 2 Behavioral Interviews with senior Directors. 1 Case study with Senior Associate. 1 Last interview with operations. Was told I had a final interview after passing all rounds in good standing then the night before final interview they told me putting hiring for position on freeze for budget issues. Wasted time and effort just for them to pull the rug from under me as I was to cross the finish line. Interviewees beware, they don’t care about wasting your time.
There was an HR Screen, Interview for 45mins with some technicals some behavioral, and 2 hour case interview with excel portion. Tests your ability to create data insights from raw numbers.
