Process took me more than 4 weeks. I applied online. Was rejected after CEO interview, so not cultural feet. No personal feedback was given though. Firstly is was a phone interview followed by online tests. Than manager interview and the last round was CEO interview.

Interviewed for their Middle East office in Dubai. Was referred by an A&M consultant. Did 3 rounds of interviews, each consisting of 2 interviews with 2 different consultants. They conduced interviews over the phone and not Skype. First round consisted of brain teasers. Second round was market entry cases of medium difficulty. Last round was difficult, based on a real case that the consultant had been worked on for the past year and a half.
