Firt round with juniors (technicals), Accounting exam on excel second round with senior (technicals and fit for role). lastly, HR interview. Reatively easy finance and accounting questions. Excel exam is easy if you have basic accounting knowledge.

Mine was in person on campus, with 2 cases and then another case with a partner at the firm. This entire time they wove some behaviors in as well as figuring out if you fit their culture.
