The interview process followed a standard consulting format with two rounds, each including two case studies. The cases covered typical topics such as profitability, cost reduction, market entry, M&A. Each interview was structured with approximately 15 minutes of behavioural questions, 40 minutes for the case study, and 5 minutes at the end for the candidate to ask questions.
