It started off with a recruiter screening, then initial interview and then case study. If passed then there will be another excel test and final MD interview. The case itself was quite generic case - was presented with PowerPoint and excel as material and have 45 mins to complete. The case is flawed as it can be done with AI in 5 mins, so I’m not sure what they are testing. Please also expect long and painful experience dealing with the recruiter, as they promise one time line but gets back to with another. This has been one of the worst recruitment experiences I’ve experienced in recent years due to the recruitment team not valuing other people’s time. Culture also seems very cut throat and people I’ve met seem miserable.
