I applied through my schools career site (only required to submit a resume). I was notified by email that I was selected for an on-campus interview. The interview went really well. It was more of a chat than an interview, just a "get to know you" type of thing to see if I'd fit in. The interviewer was really nice and made me feel comfortable (he told me not to be nervous and that he wouldn't make the interview painful). He just asked me basic things like "tell me about yourself" "why accounting?" why tax?" etc. He called me a couple of days later and offered me the position.

Straightforward, basic behavioral questions plus small talk. Some initial screening, and then 2 back to back interviews with team members, both were very friendly and made it super easy to talk to. Definitely not as hard as some other practices.

Applied through on-campus process. The first interview was a two on one interview and was all conversational. About two weeks later, I was called back to visit the location and interview. The second interview was revolving door style with four tax managers and was also conversational. The location, people, and interviewers were all great. They contacted me about four days later to offer.
