The process was very smooth and well organised. I initially applied online and was invited to a telephone interview with a member of the HR team. Following this, I had a face to face interview with another member of the HR team followed immediately by an interview with two members of the GFD team. The next round was a testing stage where I was asked to complete a numeracy test, an excel test and a written exercise. The final stage was a face to face interview with two senior members of the GFD deparment. I found the HR team to be extremely helpful and supportive throughout the application process. They were regularly in contact and were very open and transparent throughout.
