The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Alvarez & Marsal (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2011
Interview
I interviewed on campus. It was a one-on-one interview over a 30-minute period. There were absolutely no behavioral questions. It was all conversational, and, frankly, relatively easy. I was asked back for an office visit in the Dallas office, which was relatively brutal. I had 6 interviews. Yes, SIX! They were all 30 minutes. Four were back-to-back, then lunch, then two more. I really liked the people, but I did not get an offer.
Interview process was smooth. The interviewers truly wanted to get know me and why I wanted to work at A&M. I had back-back-back interviews which was a lot but the interviewers were supportive and made it less of a rigid environment,
Dos rondas en total, una primera fit y técnica, una segunda ronda solo fit. Proceso bastante rápido, desde que me llamaron hasta que recibí la oferta pasaron aprox 2 semanas.
Multiple rounds - technical & behavioral
