Interview
Basically a five part interview with an itinerary of who I was to see and when. Very well organized. Three standard interview- one to assess my experience and schooling, one to see if I would be a good fit, and one to talk about what I wanted and to see if I would get along with others. There was also a small test of Excel knowledge- little intimidating but you could ask questions and they happily gave help. Another interview involved doing two tax and business related issue spotting problems. Pretty simple, and they were very nice throughout.

I can't say it was unexpected, but the practical parts of the interviews- the Excel and business issue spotting questions- were tougher, and were a little nerve racking, as a lot of the time we have notes to guide us through research of issues, etc.
