Total time in the interview process was about 3 months! Started out standard with a phone screen, 3 weeks later in office interviews with a Senior Director, 2 MDs, and told candidates would hear back within a week. 2 weeks later and they requested another interview, scheduled another 3 weeks out. Interview with MD, manager, and consultant on the team they were hiring into. This round had “homework” forwarded prior to the interview and the manager had errors within his “key.” Took another month to hear back...got a very unprofessional feel from this process.
