The first interview I had was great, she was a good interviewer. But the second round with the directors was a mess. The woman I interviewed with was in a rush but the conversation was good. The man had terrible interviewer skills and didn't even look at me for most of the interview. He seemed uninterested. Plus every one that interviewed me when asked about diversity said they were working on it.
