Case studies and fit, typical of any consulting interview process, followed a on-campus recruiting event and subsequent phone call with senior partner. Focus on fit and personality. Met with a variety of team members across sectors. They seemed to not only value ability and horsepower, but charisma, sense of humor, etc.
