1st Telephone Call: with Senior Talent Acquisition Manager 2nd Video Call: with Managing Director HLS, Germany 3rd Video Call: with the hiring manager (Managing Director HLS, Germany) 4th Video Call: with Director HLS, London 5th 1:1 in-person meeting with the hiring manager in a cafe in Zürich After successfully clearing the first 4 rounds, I was invited to meet the hiring manager in a cafe in Zürich. The meeting lasted 10 minutes where the hiring manager started humiliating me by making unprofessional remarks such as 'You are a one-trick pony', 'Forget about this, you will not get the job, I just wanted to see you', ' You talk like an MD, you should be talking like an AD' etc. The hiring manager used a narcissistic tone during those 10 minutes, was unprofessional, and was putting up allegations as if it was a criminal investigation. I was made to travel 200 kilometers (return) for these 10 minutes of a humiliating conversation.
