Interview
The interview itself is pretty easy, mostly behavioral in nature. However, I think the overall process is very unorganized and shows very little respect for the candidates. I was informed maybe 2 days before the first-round interview. The final round has to be rescheduled several times. At the end of the process, they did not even bother to tell me that they moved on with other candidates. Any emails sent were unanswered.

1. Technical Interview consisting of case study and questions, laptop and excel provided. Time allotment is around 2 hours. Case study revolves around a prospective client's financials and developments, and requires one to identify issues and adjustments to brief a partner.
2. Follow-up discussion with interviewers on issues identified and possible adjustments.

3 rounds, each comprising of a case study and a few questions around the kind of work done in previous organizations. Each interview was around 45 minutes and final interview was with a managing director to assess fit.
